Job description
Helios in Washington, D.C. is seeking a Government Capture and Business Development Lead (Contractor) to identify, shape, and advance priority government contracting opportunities across agencies.
This senior, hands-on role covers opportunity qualification, engagement with government stakeholders, capture strategy, and proposal coordination. It begins as a part-time contract (20–25 hours/week) with potential to convert to full-time based on performance.
