Job description
PayIt, a GovTech leader, seeks a Technical Solutions Delivery Manager to own the path from client need to delivered service for DMV and transportation services. You will translate client rules and statutory requirements into scalable platform solutions, coordinate engineering, product, and client teams, and drive risk, scope, and timelines with clear, decision-ready updates.
You’ll lead deployment calls with state agencies and build repeatable delivery playbooks to scale across DMV projects.
