Overview
A leading alternative investment manager is looking to add an experienced accounting professional to its growing finance team. This position will focus on the accounting and reporting for the firm's GP entities, investment partnerships, and related structures.

Responsibilities
Own accounting and reporting for GP entities and investment partnerships
Manage monthly and quarterly close processes
Maintain partner capital accounts and ownership schedules
Calculate and review partner allocations and distributions
Support carried interest and incentive allocation calculations
Account for investments made through GP and employee investment vehicles
Manage intercompany activity across multiple legal entities
Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules
Coordinate with tax, audit, fund administrators, and other external providers
Assist with capital activity, cash management, and treasury-related functions
Work closely with senior finance leadership on new entities, transactions, and strategic initiatives
Help improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting as the platform continues to grow
