Job description

This position focuses on delivering expert speech and language services for students in grades K-12, working closely with educators to foster communication growth and academic success.

Qualifications and Experience:
Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Experience working with students in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12
Strong knowledge of assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to develop and implement individualized student plans
Comfortable working in a dynamic, school-based environment
Key Responsibilities: Conduct screenings, evaluations, and re-evaluations for students with speech and language needs
Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
Provide direct, evidence-based interventions in individual and group settings
Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student progress
Document services, monitor progress, and participate in IEP meetings
Support the creation of an inclusive, supportive classroom experience for all students
