Job description
Make a meaningful impact in education by supporting middle school students as a Speech-Language Pathologist on a full-time contract assignment from April 15th through June 11th. This opportunity is ideal for a certified SLP who is passionate about helping grades 6-8 students achieve their communication and academic goals.
Key Qualifications:
Current certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
Experience working with students in grades 6-8 preferred
Comfortable collaborating with educators, families, and support staff
Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities: Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to middle school students
Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document progress
Collaborate with teachers and special education staff to support Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
Offer resources and strategies to families and educators for supporting students' communication development
