Grading ForemanPay: $32–$35/hr DOE | Location: Atlanta, GA | Weekly Pay | Full BenefitsWe're looking for an experienced Grading Foreman to lead crews and keep dirt work moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The work location is Atlanta, GA, and qualified applicants from nearby major cities including Marietta, Sandy Springs, and Alpharetta are encouraged to apply.Schedule: 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.; weekend work may be required as needed.What You'll DoLead and supervise grading crews, including equipment operators, laborers, and other field personnel.Operate and oversee heavy equipment, including dozers, excavators, motor graders, loaders, rollers/compactors, skid steers, and haul trucks.Read blueprints, grading plans, elevations, and grade stakes.Coordinate daily site activities to maintain production schedules.Maintain quality, productivity, and safety standards.Work closely with the superintendent, project manager, survey crews, subcontractors, inspectors, and other trades.What We're Looking ForMinimum of 5 years of relevant construction and grading experience.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to read plans and understand elevations and grading requirements.Heavy-equipment operating and coordination experience.Reliable, safety-minded, and team-oriented approach.OSHA 30 certification required.CPR certification required.Equipment-safety certification or training required.Competent Person qualification required.Previous pipe-work experience is a plus.What We OfferWeekly payMedical insuranceVision insuranceDental insuranceRequired PPEHard hatSafety vest or high-visibility shirtSafety glassesSteel-toe or composite-toe bootsEmployment is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen and background check.
