Job description
Manhattan University is seeking an Associate Director of Admissions to hire, train, supervise, and motivate staff toward stronger graduate and undergraduate enrollment. The role oversees a recruitment team and coordinates with the Student Engagement Office, Residence Life, and Athletics to meet enrollment goals.
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in admissions or related customer-facing roles, with strong leadership, communication, and travel readiness.
