Graduate Electrical Engineer
Centennial, Colorado | Onsite | $70k - $75k annual salary
Start your engineering career working on real hardware at Quantum. We’re looking for a Graduate Electrical Engineer to help support and improve the circuit board assemblies used in our tape automation products. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers to investigate hardware problems, identify why components fail and help keep our products reliable.
This is a hands-on opportunity to build practical experience across electronics, troubleshooting, manufacturing and product improvement.
What you’ll do:
Investigate electrical issues affecting products in manufacturing and in the field.
Troubleshoot circuit boards and support root cause analysis.
Help evaluate replacement components and validate hardware changes.
Work with suppliers and manufacturing teams to resolve technical problems.
Review schematics, component datasheets and test results.
Develop test procedures and maintain engineering documentation.
What we’re looking for:
A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
An understanding of analog and digital electronics.
The ability to read circuit schematics and component documentation.
A practical, curious approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Good communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively.
A willingness to work onsite in manufacturing and laboratory environments.
Internship, university project or lab experience involving electronics or PCBs would be valuable. Experience with oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers or tools such as Altium and OrCAD is also welcome.
