Graduate Nurse (GN)
Job Type: Full-time Variable 12-hour shifts and rotate every other weekend and major holidays Up to $20,000 bonus for eligible candidates

You'll be automatically enrolled in our comprehensive 12-month program, structured across three key phases: clinical competence, culture transition, and leadership development. Each phase is thoughtfully designed to guide your growth, strengthen your skills, and build confidence in delivering patient care.

What we're looking for
Applicants should have a current state RN license or PA Temporary Practice Permit. Possess a degree from an accredited nursing school.
Must obtain PA RN License within 3 months of hire
Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
BLS
ACLS, within 6-months of hire
