Job description
Texas Health Harris Methodist Fort Worth is offering a Graduate Nurse Residency in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU). The 15‑month program includes guided clinical experiences, instructor-led curriculum, mentoring, debriefing and 360‑degree evaluations.
The residency begins February 2027 with a full‑time schedule after program completion. Current RN licensure in Texas or a Compact State is required, with ADN as the base degree and BSN preferred.
