Job description
Texas Health Dallas is seeking new graduate RNs to join the Graduate Nurse Residency Program in Medical-Surgical (Ortho). The program includes guided clinical experience, instructor-led core curriculum, mentoring, debriefing/self-care sessions, and 360-degree evaluations, with a 15-month employment commitment.
Residents will work on home units while rotating through other departments to broaden nursing care experiences and build confidence for hospital life.
