Description
Pfeiffer University seeks a relationship-driven and results-oriented Graduate Programs Coordinator to recruit, advise, and enroll prospective graduate students. The Graduate Programs Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for assigned graduate programs, guiding prospective students through the enrollment process from inquiry to matriculation.
This position is responsible for:
Developing recruitment partnerships,
Managing a prospective student pipeline,
Evaluating applications, and
Executing enrollment strategies that support institutional growth.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a commitment to student success, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with prospective students, employers, academic partners, and community organizations.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
One to three years of admissions, enrollment management, recruitment, sales, advising, customer service, or relationship-building experience preferred
Experience working with adult learners, graduate students, or professional populations is desirable
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Experience utilizing CRM systems, databases, and technology tools to manage recruitment activities • Ability to analyze recruitment data and recommend strategies for continuous improvement • Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving skills • Commitment to providing outstanding student-centered service • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
