• Recruitment Consultant • $55,000 base + uncapped commission | First-year OTE $75,000–$85,000
• New York, NY | Grand Central | Hybrid after initial training

Join a rapidly growing global technology recruitment business that has expanded from a small startup into an established international team. You'll work from its growing Manhattan office, specializing in high-demand technology markets including FinTech and GreenTech.
No recruitment experience is required. You'll receive structured training, clear performance targets, and the opportunity to build a career where progression is based on results rather than tenure.
The Recruitment Consultant will build relationships with senior technology leaders, develop new client accounts, connect businesses with high-quality talent, and manage recruitment processes from first conversation through successful placement.
Role Highlights
– Develop new business through targeted outreach, relationship building, and client acquisition
– Build relationships with VPs, Directors, C-suite executives, and other senior decision-makers
– Source, engage, and introduce talented professionals to growing technology businesses
– Manage interviews, negotiations, offers, and placements from start to finish
– Build specialist expertise within either the FinTech or GreenTech recruitment market
You Will Need
– Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with new people
– Ambition to build a high-earning career with measurable progression opportunities
– Resilience and motivation to succeed in a sales-focused environment
– A goal-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for working toward individual and team targets
– No previous recruitment experience; comprehensive training is provided
