About This Role
The Graduate Registered Nurse Anesthetist (GRNA) position involves administering anesthesia under the supervision of a physician Anesthesiologist for various surgical and obstetrical procedures. This role is ideal for new graduates looking to start their career in anesthesia.

What You'll Do
Administer anesthesia to all age groups.
Uphold Kaiser Permanente's Policies and Procedures and applicable laws.
Comply with organizational rules, policies, and procedures.
Evaluate patients pre-operatively by interviewing and examining them.
Review charts for relevant information.
Collaborate with MD to select anesthetic based on pre-operative examination.
Demonstrate understanding of cognitive, physical, emotional, and chronological maturation processes in patient care.
Monitor patients intraoperatively.
Evaluate operative and post-operative conditions of patients and take necessary actions.
Maintain an accurate accounting of controlled substances.
Requirements
Education:
Associate's Degree (ADN) required
Experience:
New Grad
Licenses & Certifications:
Current RN License in California
