Job description
Sibelco invites you to join its Global Graduate Programme as a Project & Reliability Engineer for a one-year assignment at the Stjernøy processing plant. The two-year rotational programme offers hands-on experience, early responsibility, and a permanent contract from day one.
You will assess equipment condition from crushing to silos, analyse lifetime and reliability, and develop long-term replacement plans with data-driven insights. International mobility is a possibility in year two.
