Job description
TikTok USDS Joint Venture is seeking an engineer to optimize search quality and build core systems for query understanding, result ranking, and query recommendation. The role combines information retrieval with modern machine learning to enhance the TikTok search experience.
The candidate will work on large-scale, consumer-facing services, require strong programming skills (C/C++, Python, Java, or Golang), and a solid foundation in information retrieval and ML techniques.
