Our team spans trading, engineering, and business operations, working together to build and support the systems that power the firm. We emphasize data-driven decision making, rigorous problem solving, and continuous improvement to navigate complex and evolving markets.
We operate in a highly collaborative environment where ideas can move quickly from concept to implementation, and where individuals are empowered to take ownership and contribute directly to the firm’s growth.
What you'll do:
Complete a 4-week onboarding program covering our trading systems, options fundamentals, and low-latency engineering practices
Design, implement, and optimize low-latency C++ applications used to execute trading strategies across CME, ICE, CBOE, and other exchanges
Collaborate closely with traders, quants, and other engineers to translate trading ideas into robust, production-ready systems
Maintain and improve our existing trading tools and infrastructure, and help build new ones from scratch
Contribute to diagnostic assessments and data analysis to help the team prioritize the highest-impact work
Work hands-on with our proprietary quoting systems, models, and options-pricing infrastructure

Comfortable working in a Linux environment; familiarity with system-level programming is a plus
Experience using AI agents to automate tasks and workflows is a plus
