Job Responsibilities:
Support engineering and data-related projects under the guidance of senior team members.
Assist in coding, debugging, and testing software applications or systems.
Work with datasets, algorithms, or mathematical models depending on project needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and contribute to solutions.
Document technical work and present findings or progress updates.
Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities.
Take on ad-hoc technical tasks and projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Fresh graduates or recent graduates (within 2 years of full-time work experience) with a degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
Strong foundation in programming languages (Python, Java, C++, or similar).
Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Able to communicate in both English and Mandarin.
Eager to learn, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills, able to work well in a team setting.
Prior internship or project experience is a plus, but not required.
