Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements.The BasicsLocation: Stella, NECompensation: $20/hr and upDays/Hours: This will be a day shift jobSoftware used: Microsoft Office programsThese are just a few of the benefits you can expect from working with Bartlett:Excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, Holidays, Profit Sharing, and 401(k) with matchUniform Services Time Off (USTO)Uniform Services Differential PayA culture that appreciates Team MembersWhat you'll be doing:Process grain accounting transactionsInterpret documents from customers (invoices, statements, checks, etc.)Perform accounting and clerical functions to support supervisorsExecute timely advances, payments and invoices in grain accounting softwareIdentify and resolve issues that may be found in your day-to-day processingMaintain status of easily accessible reports, files and records.Provide great customer service by working directly with producers regarding settlements, payments, and account questionsPurchase farm products/commodities such as – but not limited to – wheat, corn, sorghum, and/or soybeansCollaborate with team to properly manage inbound and outbound truck schedule/logisticsAssist in weighing and grading of inbound/outbound grainWork on special projects under direct supervision and other miscellaneous tasks as assignedRequirements to be successful in this position:High school diploma, GED, or related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience with grain accounting is preferred.Proficiency in mathExperience with Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.Great interpersonal skills and meticulous attention to detailHere are some of the physical requirements for this role:This job is not physically strenuous.
