Job description
Cargill is seeking a Grain Plant Operator to support safe, efficient grain handling and processing at our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will operate and monitor grain receiving, drying, storage, and load-out equipment, perform routine inspections, and complete basic maintenance and cleaning. You will follow strict safety, quality, and food safety standards while accurately recording operational data. Working in a team-focused, fast-paced environment, you’ll collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot issues, optimize plant performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives that advance sustainable food production.
