Job description
Cargill is seeking a Grain Plant Operator to support safe, efficient grain handling at our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will operate and monitor grain receiving, drying, storage, and shipping equipment, including conveyors, elevators, and control systems. You will perform routine inspections, housekeeping, and basic equipment troubleshooting to maintain reliability and quality standards. Working within Cargill’s strong safety culture, you will follow strict procedures, document operational data, and collaborate with team members to optimize plant performance and support sustainable food production.
