Job description
Middle Park Health in Granby, CO is seeking a Primary Care Clinic Physician to deliver comprehensive general and preventive care for all ages, excluding obstetrics except emergencies. The physician will join a team dedicated to an integrated, patient-centered model.
The candidate must hold an MD or DO, be board-certified in primary care, maintain Colorado medical and DEA licenses, and hold BLS certification. Salary starts from $265,225 with sign-on/relocation bonuses and loan forgiveness options.
