Job description
A university-affiliated, nurse-managed community clinic in Southern California seeks a mission-driven Family Nurse Practitioner to lead and deliver care across its community health programs in San Diego and Los Angeles.
This hybrid clinical-leadership role combines direct patient care with clinic operations, team supervision, and grant program management for underserved communities. Grant-funded through June 30, 2027.
