The David and Lucile Packard Foundation is seeking a senior operations lead to plan and execute operations for the California Communities Initiative's grantmaking portfolios. You will partner with the program team, directors, and staff to ensure efficient portfolio management and strong grantee experiences across six counties: Fresno, Monterey, San Benito, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, and San Mateo.
