Job description
Carle Health seeks a Grants Manager to lead the full grants lifecycle within our Fundraising & Development department. This role researches funding opportunities, develops and writes proposals, manages budgets, and ensures compliance with grant requirements to advance community-based healthcare, medical services, and research. Partnering closely with clinicians, researchers, and development staff, the Grants Manager tracks outcomes, prepares reports, and supports strategic fundraising initiatives. Ideal candidates bring strong writing, analytical, and project management skills and a passion for improving patient health outcomes in a collaborative, excellence-driven culture.
