Design/Production AssistantEnterprise Technology Services (ETEK) is looking for a Design/Production Assistant to join our Creative Services group supporting the U.S. Mint. This position will support our creative team with building print and digital media.Responsibilities:Play a key role on the creative services team contributing to data management, workflow, and knowledge management effortsCreate and maintain a file naming convention, file architecture, and other data management tasksCreate and design various materials for print and digital collateral using Adobe Creative SuiteEnsure projects are completed with high quality and on schedulePrioritize and manage multiple projects within design specificationsWork with a wide range of digital media and use graphic design softwareOperate large-format printers and digital print production equipmentQualifications:Background in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field2 - 4 years of experience in graphic design or digital mediaDemonstrated proficiency with SharePoint-based applications and technologies, including but not limited to, Forms, Planner, and BookingsKnowledge of design fundamentals, typography, print, and webKnowledge of Adobe Creative SuiteStrong analytical skillsExcellent eye for detailMust possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethicAbility to work on a team and communicate effectively and professionally verbally and in writingAbility to multitask and work on a variety of projects at once, switching between them as necessaryWillingness to learn skillsets not currently possessedETEK is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO) and Affirmative Action (AA) employer.
