nGraphic Design Intern - JLL
nWhat this job involves: We are seeking a passionate Summer Graphic Design Intern to join our Project and Development Services (PDS) team. In this role, you will support the design team across various aspects of our work by creating innovative, consumer-driven experiences in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This is an excellent opportunity to collaborate with a team of experienced professionals, enhance your design portfolio, and gain valuable insight into the commercial real estate industry.
nWhat your day-to-day will look like:
nnCollaborate with designers, production staff, project managers, and marketing professionals to ensure design projects meet clients' expectations.
nSupport market research efforts by gathering inspiration from competitors and presenting your findings to the design team.
nWork with the design team to develop visual concepts for branding, campaigns, and other marketing materials.
nAssist with the production of print and digital design materials, including layouts, typography, and image manipulation, using the full Adobe Creative Cloud.
nEdit InDesign and PowerPoint presentation templates to incorporate feedback from stakeholders and clients.
nAssist with administrative tasks such as filing, archiving, and organizing design files to support the team.
n nRequired Qualifications:
nnPursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in visual communications or graphic design.
nA strong portfolio showcasing a range of skills and design projects.
nPermanent US work authorization.
nProficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, and Office 365 tools.
nStrong communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and ideas.
nA critical eye for design quality and consistency with strong attention to detail.
n nPreferred Qualifications:
nnAn interest in and understanding of brand standards and style guidelines.
nThe ability to quickly produce high-quality concept sketches and mockups.
nThe ability to excel under pressure with strong follow-up and follow-through.
nA willingness to learn new software and tools relevant to the design industry.
n nLocation: (Onsite or Remote)
nWork Shift: Internship Dates: June 7, 2027 - August 13, 2027
nSalary/ Comp: Please note that we do not offer relocation assistance or housing for our internship program.

nEstimated compensation for this position:
n7,268.00 - 10,884.00 USD per year
nThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
