● Prepare and finalize production-ready files for print, digital, and large-scale exhibit fabrication.

● Participate actively in team check-ins, working sessions, and client/project briefings to align on direction and refine concepts iteratively.

● Will be expected to communicate teams via email and internal Slack channels and DM chats Qualifications & Requirements

● Experience: 5+ years of agency experience handling medium-to-large-scale design projects.

● Rapid Concepting: Adept at generating high-volume, iterative design solutions with speed and agility, focusing on conceptual exploration before refinement.

● Technical Expertise: Mastery of final production file preparation across web, print, and environmental/exhibit media.

● Versatility: Proven track record designing across multiple formats (print, publication, web, spatial/environmental).

● Collaborative Mindset: Availability and willingness to work in isolation and side-by-side with an extended project team

● Timeline: Full availability starting the week of September 21 to allow for a comprehensive onboarding overlap period with the team. Application Process To be considered, candidates must submit:

● A résumé showing work experience, skill sets and expertise highlighted

● An online design portfolio demonstrating high-end, complex project experience across multiple mediums
