Olde Wood Ltd. specializes in the manufacturing of antique reclaimed and domestic hardwood luxury, wide plank flooring, wall cladding, timbers and beams, fireplace mantels, and wooden accessories. Our manufacturing process combines timeless craftsmanship with contemporary design. Located in Magnolia, Ohio, our products can be found in homes, offices, hotels, restaurants, and retailers across the country and around the world.
Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will create and maintain the visual materials that represent our brand across digital and print platforms. This position will collaborate with marketing leadership to produce impactful, on-brand assets, from campaigns and advertisements to sales and product collateral.
This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Magnolia, Ohio location. Primary Responsibilities
● Brand & Creative Direction - Serve as developer and steward of Olde Wood's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials, assets, and collateral
● Graphic Design - Produce print advertisements, email and web assets, signage, brochures, catalogs, and sales documents that showcase our brand and products
● Product Photography - Photograph wood flooring, assuring appropriate resolution, lighting, angle, and scale; coordinate with 3rd-party photographers for on-site shoots
● Image Editing - Edit and retouch product photography to assure accurate representation of character, color, and tone; utilize modern AI tools for efficiency
● Print Production - Prepare print-ready files and communicate directly with printers and vendors to ensure specifications are correct and deadlines are met
● Asset Management - Organize and maintain our digital asset library
● Internal Resource - Establish and maintain a deep proficiency in our products and services, able to answer questions and coordinate with multiple departments
● Software & Tools - Utilize sales and marketing tools such as Google Ads, Shopify, Mailchimp, Zapier, and Unbounce when required
Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
● 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience
● Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity, print, and digital design work
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Express)
● Keen eye for detail, composition, color, and typography
● Team-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills
● Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
● Experience with product photography, editing, and image production preferred
● Continued willingness to learn and be receptive to feedback
● Comfortable working in a hands-on environment (i.e. handling product and equipment)
