Job description
Genmab is seeking a Regional Business Director to lead a team of Oncology Account Managers across the Great Plains region, including NE. You will develop regional business plans, drive value-based selling, and mentor top performers to exceed sales goals while ensuring regulatory compliance.
The role requires 8+ years in pharma/biotech sales with at least 3 years in leadership within Oncology, preferably Head and Neck cancer, and strong coaching and collaboration skills. Travel will be required.
