The Opportunity
FuntoNetwork is seeking a Neighborhood Rehabilitation Construction Superintendent for upcoming project opportunity: Sanford NC – Jackson Heights CDBG-NR - 21-C-4032 .
Core Responsibilities
Execute the Neighborhood Rehabilitation Construction Superintendent scope for Sanford NC – Jackson Heights CDBG-NR - 21-C-4032: Coordinate rehabilitation crews, residents, inspections, schedule, site controls, change items, and closeout.
Complete site or receiving readiness, mobilization, access, safety, sequencing, material, equipment, and outage coordination.
Execute and document the assigned installation, construction, maintenance, shipping, receiving, or field-service activities to the approved requirements.
Maintain daily production, labor, material, custody, safety, inspection, issue, and change records; coordinate required corrective work.
Complete testing, punch-list resolution, reconciliation, turnover documentation, training or demonstrations, and client acceptance.
Trace assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence.
Review official solicitation materials and addenda affecting this workstream; document assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions.
Prepare role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence.
Coordinate interfaces and handoffs with project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations workstreams.
Maintain status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records and elevate blockers before they affect submission or delivery readiness.
What You Bring
Demonstrated experience performing Neighborhood Rehabilitation Construction Superintendent responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.
Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.
