In return, you’ll receive all of the basics: medical and voluntary insurance benefits, paid holidays and PTO, and a 401k with match. This is a full‑time, year‑round position. On top of that, we offer a profit sharing bonus, access to our produce (don’t blame us if you become a foodie), opportunities for professional growth and development, free salad bar for lunch with a protein option for purchase, and casual dress all year‑round - we’re not stuffy folk.
We’re excited to talk about the ways you might best fit here on the farm. At The Chef's Garden, equal talent will always get equal opportunity. We are a drug‑free workplace. Background check and drug test required.
