Seasonal Full-Time GreenskeeperBella Ridge Golf Club in Johnstown, Colorado is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a seasonal full-time Greenskeeper! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. This is a seasonal position with an expected duration of six months or less.Compensation: $17.50 - $18.00 per hourKey ResponsibilitiesPerform general landscape maintenance using handheld equipmentRake and maintain sand bunkersOperate small machinery to assist with edging, trimming and mowingPrepare soil beds for sod, seed and vegetative materialAssist with tasks related to course detail including weed and debris clean upAssist with golf course set-up proceduresOperate utility vehicles for hauling material and removing debrisPerform skilled duties related to experience (pruning, plugging, etc.)Operate equipment safely and remain aware of associates and their respective work areasIncorporate safe work practices in job performancePerform other duties as requiredMinimum Qualifications1–3 months of related experience or trainingMust have a valid driver's licenseOther QualificationsRegular and reliable attendanceBenefits for Qualified AssociatesThis position includes eligibility for the following benefits, subject to applicable plan terms:Healthcare Benefits – Medical (if determined by the ACA measurement)Retirement Benefits – 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older)Time Off – Sick leave and leaves of absence, in accordance with Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces ActEligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company's discretion.This job description is not an exclusive or exhaustive list of all job functions that an associate in this position may be asked to perform from time to time.Troon is the world's largest professional club management company, that specializes in services in golf, hospitality, and residential communities.
