Groundskeeper Opportunity At Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach ResortCurrently undergoing the most significant transformation in its nearly four-decade history, Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort is being reimagined through a comprehensive resort-wide renovation set to redefine the guest experience. Updates will introduce redesigned guest rooms and suites, vibrant culinary offerings, destination-inspired experiences, premium wellness amenities, dynamic social and gathering spaces that encourage guest connection, along with Signia Hilton's warm, anticipatory service.Naples Grande Beach Resort is Set among lush mangrove forests on Florida's Paradise Coast; Naples Grande Beach Resort is a 474-room retreat offering direct access to three miles of white sand beach. The iconic resort is currently undergoing a transformative, property-wide revitalization that will debut in early 2027, ushering in a new era of modern coastal luxury. The comprehensive reimagination will refresh guest accommodations, dining venues, public spaces and select meetings and event offerings while honoring the timeless beauty and the natural surroundings of Naples. The resort features more than 88,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space, multiple dining outlets and a full-service spa, making it a premier destination for leisure travelers, groups and special events.We are looking for a someone who loves to work outdoors, who is highly motivated, and detail oriented to join our team as a Groundskeeper! In this role, you will play a key part in creating a world-class experience for our guests! You will perform routine labor involved in grounds maintenance and construction, and related work. You will be working closely with different members of our team, so you will need to be quick on your feet and have an engaging attitude.If working outdoors, making meaningful connections, figuring out what it takes and stepping it up to win the day is what you do, and you love it, we want you! This is a tremendous opportunity for a driven person to grow and learn at a world-class property!Your role:Operate powered equipment in mowing specified areasWaters and fertilizes turf areas and plants.Grades and prepares soil plant beds, lays sod, and plants vegetative material. Assists in cultivation practices dealing with all turf areas.Performs routine maintenance and cleaningPerforms a variety of labor duties including Sting trimming, edging, pruning, top-dressing, hazard maintenance, divot repair, and drainage tasks.Supports irrigation maintenance duties such as: irrigation head trimming, valve trimming, PVC pipe repairs, head leveling, and minor electrical tasks.Operates mechanical loaders in moving soil, debris, and other materials.Supports the mechanic in lubrication and minor service repairs to equipment.Participate as support staff on any special projects.Report all abnormalities on the golf course such as damage disease, insects, debris, etc.Support other departments as needed and as opportunities arise.Assist in all housekeeping duties of the Maintenance facility.What are we looking for?Someone with an engaging and welcoming personalitySomeone with a strong attention to detailSomeone who can work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentSomeone with a passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guestsSomeone with excellent communication skillsSomeone with a High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Someone with Golf course grounds or landscaping experience preferred.Ability to walk, stand, reach, crouch, bend, push/pull throughout duration of shift.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Compensation: $18 - $21Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
