Part-Time Greenskeeper OpportunityContra Costa Country Club, located in Pleasant Hill, CA is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Greenskeeper! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.Compensation: $20.00 - per hourKey Responsibilities of the Greenskeeper I:Performs general golf course maintenance using walking and riding mowers.Rakes and maintains sand bunkers.Operates small machinery to assist with edging, trimming and mowing.Prepares soil beds for sod, seed and vegetative material.Involved with tasks related to course detail (weed and debris clean up).Assists with golf course set-up procedures.Safely operate utility vehicles for hauling material and removing debris.Performs skilled duties related to experience (pruning, plugging, etc.).Operates equipment safely and is aware of associates and their prospective work areas.Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.Performs other duties as required.Minimum Qualifications for the Greenskeeper I:No experience required!
