Job description
I m currently partnered with a well-established dental practice in Greenwood, South Carolina that is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join their growing team. Position
Current staff:Doctors: 1
Support Staff: 2 DAs, RDHs
# of chairs/Ops: 4-6 operatories; doctor runs 2 columns
Schedule: 4 Days/week; Mon-Thurs 8a-5p
Patients per day: 40-45 patients per day (hygiene and procedures)
Patient age range: Pediatrics
Payor make-up: 60% Medicaid, 40% PPO
Compensation:
Compensation: 6-month daily guarantee; 28%-35% net production
Earning Potential: $250k+

Equity or Partnership: Shareholder availability after 6 months & up to 20% of ownership
Parameters
Current state license required
Medicaid Credential Required
Will consider new grads if they are Pediatric Certified
