Job description
Kansas City Hospice and Palliative Care seeks a Grief Support Team Lead to provide individual and family therapy for grief and adjustment to serious illness. The role includes triaging cases, training staff, resolving billing issues, and supporting the Director of Grief Programs.
You will lead the Grief Programs team, ensuring excellence in service delivery and quality of care. A Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling plus licensure eligibility is required.
