Grinder OperatorGlen-Gery Corporation has excellent career opportunities at its Iberia, OH manufacturing facility for highly motivated Grinder Operators. Qualified candidates will have hands-on experience working as a Machine Operator in an industrial environment, with the ability to safely operate heavy equipment and maintain consistent production standards.Glen-Gery Corporation is a wholly owned subsidiary of Brickworks Limited, a large Australian-listed group of companies operating since the early 1900s. Since entering the U.S. market in 2018, Brickworks has expanded its North American presence through several acquisitions, resulting in a combined workforce of more than 900 employees across 40 locations, including manufacturing plants, masonry supply centers, and design studios.Duties and ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain a front-end loaderPerform daily operation of grinding equipmentMeet daily production requirementsConduct inspections and routine maintenance of grinding equipment; assist with repairs as neededMaintain a clean and safe work environmentRequired Skills & AbilitiesStrong mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn automated systems and PC-based controlsExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsConscientious approach to quality and productivityAbility to work collaboratively with supervisors and team membersExperience operating heavy equipmentMining experience or training is a plusQualificationsHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent skills in reading, writing, and basic mathMinimum of two (2) years of machine operation or related industrial experienceEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
