Location: Manor, TX
Pay Rate: $19.00 - $19.50 per hour
Schedule: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM and 2:00-11:00PM.(Monday-Friday)

Job Duties
Set up and operate grinding machines and select appropriate grinding wheels
Remove excess coating from parts while minimizing taper, chatter, and other defects
Inspect parts for quality and accuracy throughout the process
Document work, update part trackers, and route completed parts to the next department
Perform daily maintenance on tools and equipment
Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all safety protocols
Support team with additional duties as needed
Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred unless otherwise specified.
Additional education, certifications, or vocational training may be beneficial depending on the position.
Experience Requirements
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Commitment to quality, safety, professionalism, and dependable attendance.
Ability to learn new processes, procedures, equipment, or software as required.
1+ year of experience using hand/belt grinders in a manufacturing setting
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a related industry or similar position is preferred.
Experience working in fast-paced, customer-focused, manufacturing, warehouse, administrative, or professional environments is beneficial depending on the assignment.
Relevant certifications, technical training, or specialized skills are considered an asset.
Individuals who demonstrate adaptability, professionalism, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn are well positioned for success as a Grinder Operator.
