Tool Setter/Tool GrinderYou will be the Tool Setter/Tool Grinder for our machine shop team. Our team is responsible for setting up and maintaining the tooling for our CNC machines, working with engineering to develop new tooling requirements, and ensuring the quality of our products. What You Will Be Doing As the Tool Setter/Tool Grinder, you will be responsible for setting up tooling for CNC machines, interpreting blueprints and engineering specifications, and using precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate and high-quality products. You will also work closely with engineering, machine operators, and management to ensure that tooling requirements are met and that production runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:Setting up tooling for CNC machinesInterpreting blueprints, sketches, and engineering specificationsUsing precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate and high-quality productsTracking calibrated machine fixtures and ordering new tooling as neededMonitoring and verifying quality in accordance with statistical process or other control proceduresWorking with engineering to develop new tooling requirementsWhy Join Us We're looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Tool Setter/Tool Grinder who is passionate about working with precision machinery and ensuring the quality of our products.
