Be part of our shared mission with Orbia to Advance Life Around the World.Key Responsibilities:Clean grinding area and dispose waste.Complete regrind report tags and identify reprocessed materials.Break down empty gaylords.Process scrap duct.Coordinate with extrusion to move materials to grinding.Participate in cycle counts.Report unsafe conditions/broken equipment.Participate in training, safety, and continuous improvement.Other production duties.Operate pelletizer machine to convert regrind into pelletsOperate Forklift consistentlyUnload regrind boxes into pelletizerStage boxes of pelletsFollows all company-standard and position-specific safety requirements, and reports any unsafe working conditions or broken equipmentFollows and complies with all company policies and proceduresAdditional duties as requiredRequirements:Previous manufacturing experienceForklift experience is a plusMachine Operator experience preferredAbility to speak, read and write in English, Bi-Lingual is a plusAbility to recognize colorsBasic math/measurement & reading comprehension skills.6 months equipment/machine operation in manufacturing.Measuring devices/hand tools/sawzall.Able to follow Work InstructionsMaterial handling equipment/forklifts.Maintain a clean work areaPhysical Requirements:Move around obstacles; wear PPE; stand/walk 8-12 hours; lift/move 50 lbs; climb, reach, squat, and bend; temperature/noise exposure.Ability to move around obstacles and wear required PPE.Ability to stand and walk for 12 hours.Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.Ability to climb, reach, squat, and bend.Ability to work in environments with temperature variation and noise.Perks Of Joining Our TeamMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Benefits Starting Day One!!Strong 401(k): up to 6% company match, + automatic 3% company contributionQuarterly Performance, Referral Bonus, $1500 Sign On Bonus paid out at 90 ($500) and 180 ($1,000) days!!Generous Paid Vacation, Sick Time & Parental Leave!!Company-Paid Insurance Coverage!!Career Growth & Wellness Support!!Tuition, Fitness, Safety Boots & Safety Glasses Reimbursement!!Our Offer:The compensation for this position is typically start at $22.05/Hour.Night shift also includes $1.00/hr.
