Material Handling PositionEmployment Status: Hourly Non-ExemptShift: Mon-Fri (3rd shift 10pm - 6am)Benefits:3 medical plans to choose from.Optional voluntary benefits – Dental, Vision, Life, Accident insurance and more. The company pays for a portion of these benefits.401k Retirement Plan- Company matching.Quarterly Profit-Sharing Bonus.Casual Dress Code (Jeans, t-shirts, shorts, sweatshirts... ect)Paid Time Off- Prorated during employees first year of employment.Annual $100 shoe allowance for safety toed shoes.Matrix- Employee Assistance Program.Job Summary:To set-up and operate necessary equipment to produce regrind that will meet or exceed the customer's expectations.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Be able to start up all machinery and equipment online and make any adjustments necessary to obtain a high quality RegrindResponsible for filling out daily shift reports, including logging all necessary production reporting data.Assume responsibility for safety and housekeeping by following all safety rules, reporting safety hazards, and maintaining a clean work area.Assume responsibility for quality Regrind, ability to dump Regrind and transfer to proper silosAssist in the training of new trainees by sharing knowledge and information.Perform other duties as assigned.Skills, Qualifications, Education and/or Relevant Experience:Required:Must be able to operate a sit-down forkliftHigh school diploma or GED requiredAble to work while standing for long periodsMust be able to understand written and verbal instruction and communicate the sameMust work well with othersAbility to learn and retain information on products, operating procedures, quality requirements, set-ups, etc.Ability to work while standing for long periods (2 to 3 hours) and work in areas with temperatures approaching 115 degrees.Desired:Ability to handle multiple tasks and time sensitive work that can change rapidlyDisplays consistent desire to do more than is asked to help coordinate processes to get the job doneSupervisory Responsibilities:NoneEngineered Profiles LLC provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state and local laws.
