Job description
Food Lion is seeking a Grocery Department Manager in Raleigh, NC to lead day-to-day store operations and drive sales.
You will hire, train and develop department associates, supervise daily duties, ensure food safety, curb costs, and maximize customer satisfaction through enthusiastic service and a strong store culture. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage labor, schedules, and inventory while upholding company guidelines and policies.
