Fish Window Cleaning Job OpportunityFish Window Cleaning has been cleaning homes and businesses across the Birmingham metro since 2018, and we're looking for 1–2 people who are willing to learn — that's it. No squeegee experience. No degree. No certifications. Just show up, work hard, and we'll teach you everything else.Job ResponsibilitiesCleaning windows, screens, and window tracks at houses and small commercial propertiesMost of it is done standing on the ground; some jobs need a ladder — we'll train you on that tooYou'll ride out to job sites in a company vehicleYou'll talk to customers, explain what you did, and leave the place looking greatCompensation$16/hour to start, during your ~2-week training periodAfter that, performance-based pay — most techs make $18–22/hourExperienced techs on our team make $25+/hourBiweekly payScheduleFull time, Monday–Friday, roughly 6:30 AM–3:30 PMNo nights. No weekends.
