Overview
Streamline Defense is seeking a mid-level Ground Systems Analyst to support the Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA) at Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia. This is an immediate-fill position on an active, funded program producing all-source intelligence for Marine Corps and Joint decision makers.
Responsibilities
Conduct all-source analysis to evaluate foreign military systems and technologies
Research, produce, and brief intelligence products and estimates in response to MCIA's Program of Analysis and customer RFIs
Produce written assessments and briefings that meet IC standards (ICD 203, 206, 208) and MCIA production and review processes
Identify intelligence gaps and develop collection strategies and requirements to close them
Support Threat Steering Groups across USMC Combat Development and Integration to identify risk drivers for materiel solutions
Produce Validated Online Lifecycle Threat Reports (VOLTs), Critical Intelligence Parameters (CIPs), and Capability Development Threat Summaries in support of Marine Corps acquisition programs and the JCIDS process
Conduct all-source analytic production on foreign military ground systems including platforms, sensors, motor transport, armor, anti-armor, artillery, firearms, explosives, logistics, readiness, and missions
Analyze current and future foreign missile technology, capabilities, vulnerabilities, technical data, and TTPs
Analyze foreign precision and indirect fire weapon platforms to forecast future technologies and assess the impact of technology transfer
Work with engineers, scientists, and modelers on foreign weapons processes, capabilities, and dual-use technologies

Required Qualifications
Active TS/SCI security clearance
Demonstrated experience analyzing foreign ground forces, armor, artillery, or missile systems
8+ years of experience conducting analysis relevant to this labor category, with a portion within the last 2 years
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Demonstrated ability to work independently, lead research on complex problems, and collaborate across the IC
Desired Qualifications
Experience supporting acquisition threat products (VOLTs, CIPs) or Threat Steering Groups
Prior USMC or Army ground combat or S&TI analytic background
