Key Responsibilities
As a Ground Up trainee, you will:
Undergo a 90-day structured and paid training program
Learn industry tools, systems, and best practices
Develop specialized skills relevant to client work
Participate in guided assessments and coaching sessions
Prepare for eventual placement with NightOwl clients

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Accountancy, or related field
