McCall-Thomas Engineering has been providing quality engineering and technical services since 1945.This Aerial Fiber Groundhand contractor will be working alongside our team of dedicated individuals committed to our mission of providing quality solutions and services to each of our clients.The primary responsibilities for this role:Work as a part of an aerial fiber line crewLoad, unload, layout and prep tools/supplies/equipment/materials needed at each job siteAssist as required in all manual labor aspects of the project as directed by the Lineman, Lead, or SupervisorHandle physically demanding construction duties as neededWhat Will You Need:High School diploma or GEDEligibility to work in the US without sponsorshipAbility to follow instructions and use good communication skillsAbility to stoop, kneel, crouch, dig, and reachAbility to climb laddersAbility to travel regularly in the Southeast (current work is in GA, SC, NC)Ability to perform strenuous physical labor in all types of weather conditionsCommitment to working safelyThis is a 1099 Contractor position without benefits. Conversion to a regular full-time position with benefits is not guaranteed.
