Serve your community.Lea County Electric Cooperative is seeking a hardworking and safety-focused Groundman to support line crews in building, maintaining, and restoring the electric system that powers our communities.This position works under the direction of the Line Foreman and Line Technicians and is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in the electric utility industry.
