Job description
Job TitleDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Use of all required hand tools. Hand dig ditches and holes. Assist in the assembly, setting, and bracing of concrete forms. Follow safety procedures and report violations. Knowledge and understanding of the company safety policies and procedures. Participate in daily pre-job briefings and provide input to mitigate or eliminate safety hazards. Maintain an organized and clean job site including work areas, tool trailers, storage facilities, and office facilities. Comply with company and client policies. Travel out of town to remote jobsites as required by management.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Capable to receive and follow verbal directions. Capable of working well with others as a team. Must be at least 18 years of age.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or equivalent. Self-motivating with eagerness to grow. Strong written and verbal communication skills.WORK CONDITIONS Required to stand, kneel, bend, stoop, walk, push, pull, and complete repetitive motions. Capable to routinely lift objects up to 25 pounds in weight and infrequently lift objects up to 50 pounds in weight.
