We strive to create welcoming and enjoyable living environments for all residents, ultimately driving income growth for property owners.Groundskeepers maintain the grounds of the property in a conscientious manner. They work with attention to detail in order to ensure the property is in top condition. If you have effective time management and a positive attitude you are an ideal candidate. Must be able to work outside in unpredictable weather as this position requires a significant amount of time outside.Classification: Part-Time, Hourly/Non-ExemptShift: Monday - Friday 9 am-2 pmCompensation: $13 per hour (Eligible for Monthly Commissions)Essential Duties:Ensure meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots, and other community buildingsRemove trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter dailyAssist in the preparation of market-ready units, including trash removal from vacant apartmentsAssist and perform assigned maintenance tasks in a timely mannerAssist in the cleaning of available units and modelsAssist in the troubleshooting/repairing of mechanical, carpentry, and electrical problemsReport any maintenance concerns for repairs to the maintenance supervisorWork on-call as scheduled, weekend shifts and overtime as necessary and approved by managerPerform tasks and operate machinery in a safe manner and in compliance with safety proceduresOther duties as assignedRequirements:Previous groundskeeping experienceStrong communication and customer service skillsPreferred:Bilingual or multilingual skillsBenefits: (Only if eligible)Medical, Dental, and VisionSupplemental Insurance availableEmployer paid Life, AD&D, LTD, and STD401k PlanPaid Vacation TimePaid Sick TimeOpportunity for career advancement and continued educationWe are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, or veteran status.
